In-Cabin Pets

For small dogs and cats, traveling in the cabin is often possible. We verify carrier size requirements, book your pet's spot (as they count towards the flight's limit), and clarify all associated fees.

Pets in Cargo

Larger animals travel in a climate-controlled, pressurized cargo compartment. This process requires more extensive planning, including booking with the airline's cargo division, ensuring IATA-compliant crates, and navigating potential temperature embargoes during extreme weather.

What to Prepare

• Health Certificate: A certificate from a licensed vet, issued within 10 days of travel, is required for most pet travel.
• Vaccination Records: Proof of rabies vaccination is mandatory. International travel often requires more.
• IATA-Compliant Carrier: Especially for cargo travel, the crate must meet specific IATA standards for size, ventilation, and security.
• DOT Forms: For service animals, have your completed DOT forms ready.
